AxTRAN is a thermal cathode ionization vacuum gauge that features a Bessel-Box type energy filter placed between the ion source and the ion collector. By reducing residual currents caused by soft X-rays and ESD ions, it achieves a measurement resolution of 0.5x10^-10 Pa.
